Standard on the Neta L is a single electric motor producing a peak power of 170 kW and peak torque of 310 Nm, enabling the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds. The motor is powered by CATL's Shenxing 68 kWh LFP battery pack, providing a range of up to 510 km on a single charge.

Inside, the entry-level Neta L is equipped with a single 15.6-inch screen and a small LCD screen mounted behind the D-shaped steering wheel. The top-trim model features a dual 15.6-inch monitor cluster, similar in design to Li Auto cars. The L also offers 16 speakers, a refrigerator, and a foldable table in the front passenger seat.
